Ask HN: Is Heroku Being Sunset?

I’m curious of the veracity of this comment: https://ift.tt/ZYyt8o7 It describes a “Project Periwinkle” that essentially would be spinning down Heroku. Is this really happening? Is it time for me to look for a different host?
