I’ve started my journey as a self-taught web developer in 2008, I moved to New York in 2012 and started working for marketing agency as a web developer with a pay of $15 per hour, which has the lowest for the position. I managed to grow to Tech Director at the same company and my current salary is $110k per year, and yes, I’m still working from paycheck-to-paycheck. How can I get out of the swamp?
