Gregg Jarrett:  Disgraced Gov. Cuomo now faces a reckoning in a criminal court of law

Former Gov. Andrew Cuomo was finally charged in a misdemeanor criminal complaint filed in Albany City Court on Thursday.  If convicted, he could be sentenced to one year behind bars.
